Account modification

To change your registered address, Bank details, Mobile number or mail id download the account modification form, print it out, fill it up & visit our Branch with the KYC form which is part of the same form.

The accepted address proofs are self-attested copies of :

  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Passport
  • Aadhar Card
  • Bank statement

You will be charged Rs 25 + 18% GST for your address to be changed on your DEMAT. To request to make changes in the KRA (KYC registration agency) select the same in the 'account modification form'.

Addition of Banks

You will need to submit a scanned copy of a cancelled cheque or the account or a 1-month bank statement to our Branch

  1. The cancelled cheque or Statement should have the MICR & the IFSC along with the name of the account holder.
  2. The name of the account holder should be the same on the bank account and the trading account.

Fno activation

If you have opened your account online or already applied for Futures and Options activation during account opening, just submitting your income proof will suffice for the segment activation.
If you have not applied for futures & options while opening your account, to enable this segment, you will need to print out and fill up the segment addition form & visit our Branch along with your Income proof - Anyone of the below documents will suffice as income proof:-

  1. Bank account statement for last 6 months
  2. Latest salary slip
  3. Copy of ITR acknowledgment
  4. Copy of Form 16 in case of salary income
  5. Net worth Certificate
  6. Statement of Demat holdings.

Do note that the proof must contain the logo/seal of the concerned authority.
Once the income proof has been submitted, the F&O segment will be activated in 48 hours.
